'Alcove' in 'Jumeirah Village Circle' area project description

The Alcove is a six-storey residential complex in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, commissioned in 2018. Developed by Grovy Real Estate Development with architectural design by Next Engineering Consultants, it features a G+5 structure emphasizing eco-friendly architecture, energy efficiency per the Green Building Code, and artistic design for optimal indoor-outdoor space utilization.
