Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is a luxury residential skyscraper under construction in Dubai's Business Bay district, developed by Binghatti Properties. The project embodies automotive-inspired opulence, featuring 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion penthouses across 48 floors, with a height of 182 meters.

Construction began in March 2023, with above-ground work progressing as of June 2025; completion is expected in 2026. The developer, Binghatti Properties, launched the project on May 24, 2023, at the Coca-Cola Arena, marking its collaboration with Bugatti.

Architecturally, the tower draws from Riviera aesthetics, with interiors featuring solalite blue marble, Calacatta gold, fluted tan wood, brushed chrome, brushed mesh, and glossy chrome. Residences include two-bedroom Cannes Mansions, three-bedroom St Tropez Mansions, and four-bedroom Monaco Mansions, all with large balconies. Select Sky Mansions offer private pools and car lifts for direct garage access.

The layout centers on a podium with a Riviera-inspired artificial beach lined with sand and palm trees. Amenities emphasize exclusivity, including high-end finishes and unique features like the car elevators in penthouses.

Located on Al A'amal Street in Business Bay (Plot 3466814), it sits directly adjacent to Zaha Hadid's The Opus building. Nearby projects include the supertall Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, a 557-meter tower with 104 floors also by Binghatti, on a site once planned for Renaissance Tower. The area boasts walking-distance outlets, hotels, and top-rated schools like Horizon English School Dubai (Outstanding rating) and Jumeirah English Speaking School (Outstanding), within 1.3 km.
