Kempinski Residences The Creek is a luxury branded residential development in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2, Al Jaddaf, featuring two towers with 285 units including 1-3 bedroom apartments, lofts, and 2-4 bedroom duplexes ranging from 827 to 5135 sq.ft. Developed by Swiss Property in partnership with Kempinski Hotels, the project relaunched in Q4 2022 after an initial 2017 launch as La Reserve Residences. Construction started April 21, 2024, with handover expected in Q3-Q4 2025.
