'Mr. C Residences Downtown' in 'Al Wasl' area project description

Mr. C Residences Downtown is a 71-storey luxury residential tower developed by ALTA Real Estate Development in collaboration with the Cipriani family, launched in January 2025. Construction is underway as an off-plan project, with completion scheduled for Q4 2026.
