The architecture, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning RCR Arquitectes from Spain and engineered by WSP with ARUP oversight, draws inspiration from traditional Middle Eastern elements like Mashrabiya latticework. A signature semi-perforated "veil" screen encases the slender structure, filtering sunlight, promoting natural cross-ventilation, and reducing mechanical cooling needs. This creates an ethereal microclimate with wind scoops and shaded enclosures reinterpreting historic courtyards vertically.
