Park One is a five-storey residential complex in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) District 1, Dubai, offering studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments across 56 units. Commissioned and completed in the second quarter of 2018, it was developed by Swiss Property and Quilvest Holdings Ltd., with architecture by Archgroup Consultants and main construction by Dubai Walls Constructions.
