Tala 1 is a nine-storey residential tower developed by Al Mazaya Holding in the Liwan area of Dubailand, Dubai, specifically within the Queue Point sub-community in Wadi Al Safa 2. Construction began in 2009 and completed in 2013, offering freehold ownership of 63 to 65 units featuring 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments.
