The Court Tower is a 30-storey mixed-use development in Business Bay, Dubai, developed by Tanmiyat Group. Construction started on 15 July 2008, with anticipated completion by 31 March 2021; the project stalled after initial work in 2006-2008, resumed in 2013, reached full completion by 2019, and is now ready for handover.
