About The Pearl

'The Pearl' in 'Culture Village' area project description

The Pearl is an exclusive low-rise residential development in the heart of Dubai's Culture Village, featuring 53 1- and 2-bedroom apartments across an eight-storey building. Developed by Al Shafar Development (also noted as Al Shafar Investment), construction completed in March 2020, with architectural design by Al Asri Engineering Consultant.

The architecture blends traditional Emirati elements, such as Arabic design motifs, with contemporary interiors. Apartments include spacious living rooms, dining areas, fitted kitchens, and balconies, emphasizing comfort, space, and style.

Amenities cater to a premium lifestyle, including a sky lounge, cinema, steam room, concierge services, and secure parking.

Located along Dubai Creek in Al Jaddaf between Al Garhoud Bridge and Business Bay Crossing, The Pearl offers excellent connectivity via Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Jaddaf Waterfront Park lies within a five-minute walk. Dubai International Airport is a 10-minute drive, Dubai Opera a 15-minute drive, Dubai Mall 14 minutes, Palm Jumeirah 25-26 minutes, and Burj Al Arab 24 minutes. Al Jadaf Metro Station is nearby at 642.7 meters.

Beach access is available via the nearby Canal Promenade, a 46,000 sq m public waterfront space along Dubai Creek with granite-paved piazzas, palm trees, greenery, double grass lawns, a wooden playground, and pedestrian paths spanning from D1 building to Manazel Al Khor (MAK). The promenade connects to marinas between Garhoud and Business Bay bridges, with footbridges and lighting completed, providing strolls to creek-side areas near Dubai Wharf.

Nearby projects include Dubai Wharf (582 units, completed 2017), Dubai Wharf Tower 2 (completed 2017), Dubai Wharf Tower 3, Palazzo Versace (286 units, completed 2015), D1 Tower, Marsa Plaza (200 units, completed 2008), Manazel Al Khor, Boutique XII (11 units, completed 2023), and Riah Towers.
