Vida Residence Downtown is a luxury serviced residence tower developed by Emaar Properties, located on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai.

Construction Timeline
Construction began in January 2015, with the project completed in May 2019. The development took approximately 30 months to complete, with construction reaching the 50th floor by April 2018.

Developer and Design
Emaar Properties developed the project with architectural design by Norr Architects & Engineers. The tower features a distinctive triangular form with a façade constructed from stone and glass, drawing inspiration from New York's Art Deco architecture. The building is connected to the Vida Downtown hotel via an air-conditioned glass bridge, providing full hotel services to residents.

Structure and Scale
The project comprises 3 basements, ground floor, 58 floors, and 3 roof levels, reaching a total height of 238.25 meters. The total built-up area spans 1,064,560 square feet, with 61 storeys of residential space.

The tower offers a diverse mix of service apartments including 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units, along with penthouse residences. The development accommodates approximately 335 residential units with varying configurations to suit different buyer preferences.
