Property Makler is an AI and ML driven global real estate analytics website. We process transaction information to extract actionable insights about trends on the residential real estate market and forecast its development. To do this we look at sale prices, rent rates, volumes of sales and rent transactions and other indicators. Our proprietary database allows to train our AI and ML models on large historical fundamental and behavioral datasets which sharpen the direction of our predictions.

Property market is one of the most exiting markets directly impacting lives of most of the people. It depends on many fundamental and behavioral indicators and sometimes in counterintuitive ways. This makes us very excited about the product and insights we are building.
